Free shipping on all UK orders when you spend over £100
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 working days
- Except next day delivery which is dispatched on the same day (if received by the cut-off time mentioned below)
- Order tracking will be available once your order has left our warehouse and will be emailed to you at this point
- We deliver to most countries globally - if we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your country, we will let you know at check-out
- Prices are inclusive of customs and duties for most countries
- If your country isn't covered by our customs service, this will be flagged at check-out and you will need to pay customs and duty fees to release your order from customs
- If you miss your delivery, you should be left a missed delivery note by the courier through which you will be able to organise re-delivery or pick-up from a local collection point
- If there are missing items from your order, or your entire order is missing, we will do our best to work with our courier partners to track it down and resolve it for you - please reach out to our customer service team with the necessary details (order number, delivery reference and details of missing items)

Absolutely, we offer returns for all undamaged goods within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact customer service with your order number and the items you want to return.
From the date you request a refund, you have another 30 days to returns your order to our returns provider.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly.
This will vary depending on where you are situated, but once the return has been, the funds should be back in your account within 10 business days.

Yes, you can return an item that was gifted, as long as you have the order number and the email address of the person who placed the order but please note we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
