Return & Claim Policy.
If you wish to return any product purchased on our Webstore you should follow the return instructions provided on the paperwork included with your delivery. You can return any item that you have ordered online within 30 days from date you have received your order.
Please complete the return note provided with your delivery, including the reason for return using the codes provided, and include it with your items in the return package. If you have lost the return note you can download and print a new note here.
We recommend you use recorded delivery, registered post or any local equivalent and to obtain a receipt for your return package, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning should the package for some reason not arrive at our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reaches the warehouse or are damaged during their return. In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition. All packaging and labelling must also be included.
The item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) are packaged properly to prevent damage or item(s) getting lost during the return.The initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
On receipt at our warehouse, standard inspection checks will be carried out in conjunction with the reason specified on the return note. Once approved a refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please allow up to ten (10) working days from receipt of item(s) for the refund to reach your account.
On the rare occasion that item(s) have been shipped to you that do not conform to your original order, we will refund your initial delivery charge and arrange for a collection for the incorrectly delivered item(s). If the damage to faulty item(s) are deemed to be caused by the customer, no refund (for item(s), delivery charge or return postage) will be made. Branded Sports Merchandising cannot accept liability nor take responsibility for any bank or customs charges that you may have incurred from time of ordering to when we have refunded your returned item(s).

We are currently offering two different methods of shipping:
The package is sent by UPS standard delivery, available for EU shipping to a price of € 7,50 and for orders outside of the EU the cost is € 12,00. For all orders of € 100 or more, international shipping is completely free!
The package is sent from our warehouse to a UPS access point in or around your chosen area for a price of € 4,95 within the EU and € 9,99 outside EU. For all orders of € 100 or more, this service is completely free! To find out if there is a UPS Access Point in your area, please use the access point locator on the following link: https://www.ups.com/dropoff .
If you choose to deliver the order to a UPS Access Point, you must collect the package within 10 calendar days. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the related costs will be deducted from the refund of your order.
We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of it being placed subject to credit card authorisation and stock availability. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and local fees. For US consumers starting March 10, 2016, imports of merchandise up to USD 800 will be allowed into the United States free from duties and taxes. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, if customs charges and duties related to the order are not paid by the customer in a timely manner, the package will have to be destroyed at location and no refund will be issued. The high costs associated with returning shipments to our warehouse due to unpaid customs charges is not the responsibility of and will not be covered by BRANDED. Charges for duties and customs clearance are borne by the customer.
